form details and files

All of your information submitted to Recordit is available for your review and download. In addition to all the completed fields on your website's form, each record also displays a variety of meta data such as: source_id, track_id, and date. Environment details are also captured such as: HTTP_HOST (domain), HTTP_USER_AGENT (browser details), and REMOTE_ADDR (IP address of submitter).

If a file is uploaded with a form submission, a link is also provided. Store your files for as long as you like. Your files are safely archived on Amazon's S3 service and only you have access to them. Accounts include up to 25GB of included storage. Need more? No problem, just give us a call and we can set you up with as much storage as you need ( that goes for bandwidth as well ).

Setting up your forms to handle file uploads is very simple. Feel free to configure your forms to send several files at once to Recordit ( we're good like that ).

All of your records are stored in a SQL database, which makes it easy to search and sort through your records. FYI - our database(s) are continuously backed up to Amazon's S3 service every three minutes, giving you great peace of mind that your data is safe.
