Recordit makes things simple for you. One way it does this is by providing quick access to your records. There are a couple of ways to initiate a download of records with a single click.

Each form created in the administrator allows you to define a quick export. In defining this export, you set the fields to be exported, the order of the fields, whether a header row should be included and the file format of the export file (excel,csv,html). After your quick export is created, you're just a click away from your valuable data.
